  • Unfortunately due to COVID-19, our studio is not open for in-person appointments. We are best reached by e-mail.

 

Shipping

  • Your total cost for your paper stationery includes domestic shipping via UPS/USPS Delivery with Confirmation. If you require international shipping, it will be an added charge.

  • We typically use UPS Ground or USPS Priority which both can take up to 1-week to arrive to your address depending on mail speed and how busy mail is during a certain time of year. For international, it will vary by shipping speed ranging from 1 week to 1 month depending on location.

  • At the moment, we do not have in-person pick up due to COVID-19.

 

Custom and Semi-Custom

  • Our Semi-Custom suite designs have their layouts already pre-made and can be transformed into a unique suite by changing the color palette, words, and adding on additional embellishments. The main difference from custom is that the base design is already made whereas in custom, we start with a blank canvas and create something wholly new. A semi-custom’s base foundation can not be altered.

  • Ordering through our website is for couples who needs a little less editing for their suite and already know what they’re looking for. Our website semi-custom suites have less rounds for editing (1 Round verses 3 Rounds of editing). Pricing is also reduced when ordering through our website as there’s less back and forth editing and changes. Ordering a suite from contacting us does allow for more options that isn’t available through our website.

 

Ordering

  • As soon as possible! We recommend ordering Save the Dates between 6-12 months before your wedding date and for Invitations, 4-6 months before your wedding. This is to ensure timely design and delivery process.

  • Unfortunately, we do not. We have the option to curate stamps and purchase them for you for an added charge.

  • 01. Choosing a Semi-Custom Suite

    We offer a wide range of semi-custom suites with designs suitable for traditional to the modern, contemporary couple. They can be customized with colors, paper types, and add-on embellishments to make the suite uniquely your own and special to your event. Feel free to mix and match semi-custom suite pieces (Example: Using the Alder Semi-Custom Invitation Suite and adding in the Villeneuve Place Cards.) to your order.

    02. Customizations

    Once you have chosen your semi-custom suite and selected the paper type, printing type, and quantity, please click the customize button and use our online form to fill out all the necessary information for us to create your suite. The form will ask for your event details (wording, each person’s name, venue, date and time, etc.) as well as paper and ink color. Please review your choices carefully to ensure all details are correct.

    03. Order Submission

    Once your order is submitted, we will work on your design pieces. It will roughly take 7 business days or less for us to provide you with a digital proof.

    04. Final Approval

    Ordering through our website allots 1 Round of Edits + Final Proof. Any edits after the final proof will be subject to additional fees.

    05. Production and Shipment

    Once the Final Proof is approved, we request roughly 1 Month for completion to allow us to order all materials necessary for the creation of the pieces. Once we have completed production, your goods will be packaged and shipped to your mailing address. You’ll receive tracking details once goods are mailed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for mailing depending on your location. 1-2 month for international orders.

  • Wording, text, spot calligraphy (such as names), paper type, paper color, and ink color are all editable within our semi-custom suites.

  • Absolutely! If you like the Villeneuve suite but would like the place cards from the Alder suite, you can add it to your cart and we’ll make them accordingly.
